Patrick Jordan & Christian Mills

Patrick & Christian took on the job of running the newly formed Constantine 4s in 2017. They achieved some remarkable results against higher quality teams, securing promotion to Division 3 as well as a run in the College Cup. During the season, Patrick scored a late equaliser to secure a draw for the 4s in the first ever Constantine AFC derby.
Below are the players who they believe most contributed to the results they had.

Mike Warwick
"He can play anywhere across the park and really embodied how the 4s evolved as a team, beginning to play some fabulous football as time progressed."
Jack Lucas
"In his first game for the club, he willingly slotted in at the unfamiliar position of right-back, and never looked back. Consistent, dependable, solid; Jack was an excellent servant to the team."
Nic Defaux
"Nic’s aggressive defending made him a nightmare for opponents. An excellent athlete, he contributed greatly to many of the best 4s performances and obtained MOTM awards aplenty, as well as bagging some important goals. Huge in both stature and influence."
Misanju Arenyeka
"The eponymous figure who will never be forgotten from the 4s history books. What he lacked in pace he made up for in influence."
Steven Denny
"Steven’s first game was as a LWB, and he impressed greatly despite his severe lack of lung capacity. He was ever-present in the side and the only 4s Captain to have maintained a 100% win record, in very similar circumstances as Big Sam and England."
Tadhg Lynch
"there is only one word to describe this man; energetic."
John McAdam
"his silky footwork always made the 4s a better team whenever he played, and he was a very underrated player and somewhat of an unsung hero for the 4s"
Edward Little
"His ability speaks of a level higher than the 4s, but it’s a team he belonged in and led with great pride as Vice-Captain before going on to become Captain himself. An inspiring figure for those coming through."
Owen Welch
"Great on both feet and an excellent finisher, Owen came up with some hugely important moments, in particular assisting Pat Jordan with the equaliser in the 3s v 4s derby."
Josh Meredith
"CAFC’s utility man. The scariest thing about this man was his Derbyshire accent, closely followed by his Dybala tattoo and his lethal finishing."
Dylan Muggleton
"an excellent servant to the team, Dylan contributed plenty of goals and assists and always looked dangerous with his speed and finishing."
Honourable Mentions
Taha Jamal (TJ) Nasser
"a very important cog in the 4s machine, who contributed two absolute screamers in the college cup run"
Fergus Bremner
"a man who got the job done and contributed to some very fine results"
Sam McKinnon
"swiftly showed he had excellent ball control and could play virtually anywhere, he always asked to play on the wing so Mills played him at left-back indefinitely"
Joe Lamyman
"great with both feet, powerful, good in the air, this man was every captain’s dream in defence."
Will Castle
"Will has always been there when called upon. He helped the team tick and ran himself ragged every game, coming up with some important goals and assists."
Danilo Mrvaljevic
"convinced to join the club by Mills’ terrible chat one Sunday Revs, yet CAFC’s very own Milinković-Savić grew into his central midfield role and became ever-present in the team"
Joe Humphreys
"his tackle success rate must’ve been in the 90s, and he never let opposition teams have time on the ball"
Soji Sonibare
"this man mountain could play anywhere and consistently made other teams look silly"
Phill Smith
"CAFC’s own David De Gea enjoyed some fine moments for the 4s, producing some stellar work between the sticks"
Jack Byrne
"an exceptional talent in the 4s who produced some unbelievable performances"
